The facilities were good and the cost reasonable
The hotel is some way from the tourist attractions which meant that a car is almost a necessity

The staff were amazing, they were so helpful with our tours, eating out, taxis etc. We stayed for 7 nights and our room was serviced daily, everything is so clean. The 1 bedroom apartment has a kitchen/ washer and dryer and met all our needs. Being in the heart of Cairns is so convenient we didnt need a hire car as everything was at our doorstep, woolworths across the street, the esplanade a block away, the reef terminal and Marina is an easy 5-10 minute walk away and so is Cairns central. We would highly recommend Inn Cairns.
As its in the heart of the city, the council workers are a bit noisy in the mornings but that was a good excuse for us to get up and go for a walk to have breakfast on the esplanade.

The apartment was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed and it was convenient to have a microwave oven, electric kettle, and fridges in there, plus the location was superb, right across from a supermarket.

The location was great, right on the beach. We did have a back room so did not get the ocean front but that was fine
the fan directly over the bed and aircon right over the bed

Central location, plenty of free parking and easy access to the room via lifts. Very friendly staff. Plenty of space in room and not like a cluttered claustrophobic motel room.
